I went to NEW YORK

and all I got was this lousy tee shirt! JK. I went to NYC in mid August and had the time of my life. Seriously I almost remembered life pre-pandemic. People outside talking and laughing and hanging out - I went to sleep with the soothing sound of the L train in my ear. It was like ocean waves. All the restaurants had outdoor seating…pinch me. I had pirogies 3 times. I walked up and down stairs until I got real thigh muscles. I sang along to all the 80’s songs in the Deli where I got my coffee every morning. And more people are vaccinated there! Get vaxxed people. Please.
Ok so while I was there I got to collaborate with Angela Carlucci, Susan Hwang, and Leslie Graves on a Nan + the One Nite Stands show. Ridiculous magical fun! Thank you to Endless Eros, Sod Sisters, and Awsymoron for also playing this show- they were beautiful, funny, moving. All the things you want! And I wanted more!

Also my pal Sam Lazzarra and I made a couple improv videos! I took a look at the landline phones lying around and knew that a scene was inevitable!
